I’ve said it once, and now here’s the official blog post: Eat. More. Macarons. But don’t get those crappy ones that your mom said were macarons (probably even spelled with two O’s… bleh). Do yourself a favor and get a real macaron like the ones at Macaron Cafe in New York.
Um yeah. They’re the shiz. Next time you’re up in SF, try the macarons made at Boulange de Hayes or any boulangerie in that group- their macarons are hands-down my favorites. I heart the pistachio or raspberry ones.
