I had 42 hours on the train from Los Angeles to Chicago but I made it a point to spend most of that time getting some much needed work done and not take too many pictures. But I did snap a few pictures along the way:

I like the variance of the golden fields, blue sky and a lingering sense of rain in the shot second from the bottom.
I’ve taken that train ride from LA to Chicago years ago. (Only it was a round trip) So fun! Did you get a lot of work done?
so much work. its was great because even though I worked pretty much non-stop it still felt like a really restful trip just watching the scenery go by.
there’s nothing like riding on a train… the feel… rhythm… sounds… POV
