After you’ve tried the delicious ice wine at the Bar Harbor Cellars winery (owned by Atlantic Brewing Company) head over to the renowned brewing company headquarters off of Route 3. They have a free tasting of all of their beers. I loved their IPA, SOB, and their Blueberry Ale. The first to use blueberries, Atlantic incorporates the berries into the brewing process. It doesn’t sweeten the beer, just lends it a distinct blueberry essence. Delicious. I also couldn’t help but enjoy Brother Adam’s. Brother Adam was a monk and a bee-keeper. His honey ale tastes like it.
